1. Purpose

Arraigo Spain is an online tool that lets agencies (gestorías) and professionals offer their prospective clients an indicative immigration diagnosis under their own name, and then manage the contacts received. This website presents the service and gives access to the agencies' private space.

2. Each agency's diagnosis

Diagnoses published at addresses such as name.arraigospain.com or on an agency's own domain are offered on behalf of that agency, which is responsible for the relationship with its prospective clients and for the advice it gives them. Arraigo Spain only provides the technology.

3. Guidance only

Diagnosis results are general guidance based on the answers given and on the regulations in force when they were written. They are not legal advice and do not guarantee that any permit will be granted. Every case must be reviewed by a professional.

4. Intellectual property

The design, texts, code and graphics of Arraigo Spain belong to its owner or are used under licence. They may not be reproduced or reused without permission. Each agency's names, logos and content belong to that agency.

5. Liability

The owner strives to keep the information accurate and up to date but cannot guarantee that it is entirely error-free or that the site will always be available. The owner is not responsible for the content of third-party websites linked from this site.

6. Personal data and cookies

The processing of personal data is explained in the privacy policy and, for people who take a diagnosis, in each agency's diagnosis privacy policy. The use of cookies is explained in the cookie policy.

7. Governing law

This notice is governed by Spanish law. For disputes with consumers, the competent courts are those provided by law; in all other cases, the courts of Málaga.
